This release wraps together all the updates to the 2.00.06 release.
This version marks the last release that several deprecated plugins will be part of the distribution.The the plugins going away are:

wordpress_import
These plugins have all been added to the DevTools repository and will remain there indefinitely. However, active support and updating has been suspended.
