next netPhotoGraphics release preview

The next release of netPhotoGraphics is approaching. I have created a preview build for anyone interested in trying it out. I would welcome any testing that the community can provide.

I believe the release is stable at this point. My personal site and the netPhotoGraphics site are both running this build. But there have been some extensive changes, so there is always a possibility for bugs (hence the request for testing.) You should verify that the build works for your situation before committing it to your live site.
